UpWriting Yourself™ focuses participants on their emotions, desires, and inner conflicts so that these become clearer to them. Participants are given a writing subject and then, in a meditative, stream of consciousness (continuous random flow of thoughts) process, they write on paper what comes to mind. This writing process facilitates solutions to these conflicts. Several writing techniques are used including poetry, prose, and meditative writing. Workshops are geared toward fun and yet are often profound in their outcome.
Guidelines: Bring a notebook or journal and a pen.

An altar is a special place where you can direct your attention and intention toward a particular or collective idea, event, or situation. In this class you will learn about what makes an altar sacred, the many kinds of altars that have existed throughout history, and what to use to create an altar in your own home. You will construct your own altar that you can then recreate at home for your personal use.
Guidelines: Bring scarves, cloths, photos, icons, stones, candles, incense, flowers, religious and other items from your home or the environment that are meaningful to you.

AE is a non-invasive, cooperative healing technique in which Regina works with her client to initiate the healing process. AE supports the body's innate healing ability by unlocking areas where energy is blocked, returning it to its natural levels and flow, creating relaxation and wellbeing within the client. In this class, participants will experience the flow of energy first hand and, while working with a partner, will learn the basic techniques of energy work.
Guidelines: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring something comfortable to lie on and a notebook or journal and a pen.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a very special place where you could go and just be? A place where you could breathe in tranquility and shed your worries? A place designed exclusively for you, filled with the stillness and quiet you deserve? Your special place is within you right now, waiting to be brought into existence—to bring you that tranquility.
Sacred space is essential in today’s world for inner peace and wellbeing. As a Woman of Intention, you will learn what sacred space is and how it is used. Together, we will design a collective altar as a focal point of sacred space that you will then be able to recreate with your own special articles at home. We will talk about sacred sites, experiences, objects and rites. You will learn how different cultures create sacred space and how you can use those techniques to create sacred space in your home, office, or garden.
Guidelines: Please bring a sacred item to add to a central altar that we will create as a group. This may include a meaningful statue, photo, icon, stone, candle, cloth, incense, flowers, religious or other item from your home or the environment.
